Great rates of pay

Our rates of pay are outstanding in line with our care - if you work a 30 minute call you are paid for a 45 minute call.

Hours guaranteed

Full time carers can be guaranteed a minimum number of hours per week.

24 Hour Support

Dedicated 24 hour On Call manned by HCC Care Managers. Responsive to concerns raised.

Professional Development

Carers encouraged, supported and funded to gain qualifications in care.

Regular staff meetings, team teas, BBQ's & Christmas party.
